Service was good, the only fault I had was on arrival car park was full, so I had to lleave my car keys with them, which was not stated on website, and I was told that my car keys would be kept in a safe, and when I arrived back our car keys were just kept iin a box in a cupboard behind the reception desk. Other than this I could not fault it, and I would use them again.

We are sorry that the secure car park was full when you arrived but the website does state: "During peak periods, staff may request your car keys so cars can be valet parked (i.e. parked by staff). Your car will not be taken out of the hotel complex and all keys will be stored securely in the hotel's safe for the duration of your trip." When customers are due to return the keys are taken out of the safe to facilitate check-out and avoid delays.
