Handy service, bus would be better every half hour, but overall very impressed. Free coffee/ tea in lobby before 9 am a pleasant surprise.

Hello Melanie, The shuttle service is half hourly until 11.00, then becomes hourly until 17.00 when it becomes half hourly once again. This information is given on the website and in the email confirming each booking.

Only one service from airport to hotel on Sunday; waited almost an hour for this.

Hello Niall, The daily shuttle bus service runs every half hour except between the hours of 11.00 and 17.00 (11.15 and 17.15 from the airport) when it is once an hour. This is a reflection of the flight service where there are generally more outbound flights in the morning and inbound flights in the evening, than there are in the afternoon. The timetable for the Crowne Plaza's shuttle bus service is shown in full on the website and is also reproduced in the email confirmation of booking.

Fantastic service. Buses are punctual and collect you outside the door of hotel and from the airport coach car park, 5 min journey each way, great value for money compared to the DAA rates. Definitly will use again and will recommend to friends.

Great place, convenient parking, 5 mins from airport. Friendly bus driver. Possibly could have buses run every half hour throughout the day.
