On time both ways. Good value for money.

Very good location, plenty of car spaces, good value for money, friendly and helpful bus driver, Andrew.

We found the directions to the hotel, "old airport rd", very vague. There is a sign for another Carlton Hotel, ie Blanchardstown, on the same route. We followed this until we knew we must be wrong. The only way we found the hotel was by finding the Quickpark it was beside. The sat nav coordinates were not clear. Once we did find it and park up, the location and bus ride were very good.

Excellent Parking. Personell at Carlton were very kind and helpfull.

1) I arrived at hotel at 05.10 on Sunday 15th to catch the 05.30 bus only to find out it was fully booked! (didn't know it could be booked). Luckily the coach driver was doing an extra run at 05.15 and I was able to get that otherwise would have been late for check in. Not good service 2) We arrived back on Sunday 22nd and were at coach park at 02.05 for the 02.15 bus. None arrived ! Luckily I had number and rang hotel. Coach came about 15 mins later. It was a bitter night and we were absolutely frozen waiting. Not good service. 3) Scheduled bus is every 30 mins so if it is full or you just miss it or it doesn't arrive at all, it is a long wait until next one. The Park Right next door to hotel is much better service with buses leaving every 5 minutes or so and also nearer to terminal on arrival. I will use them in future 4) On presentation of my ticket at hotel to depart, reception wanted to charge me more than due amount and only I had printed receipt, I would have been overcharged.

I was very happy and will certainly use again. Must compliment gentleman that collected us from airport; he was so nice and helpful and very friendly which was best part. Thanks again.

I was disappointed with poor signage at arrival area to indicate where should I go to meet the coach to take me to the hotel to collect my car. there was just two hotels named. there should be others added to that list at the start of bus department area.
